I did pretty well today. I only ate fresh fruits and veges, including some yummy papaya! I also had some non-fat cottage cheese with apples and a nice green salad for dinner. I took a walk with my son here in Hilo (we're here in Hawaii on vacation). We walked to my husband's childhood home and to the little store that he would walk to as a little boy. I'm feeling a little better already!

Ready to be healthy again!


I've always been a person that wants to be healthy and in shape.....I used to walk every day and there was a time I was always looking for a good workout. I've dieted in all kinds of ways and not dieted completely. I'm starting to feel what it means to get a little older and have it be a lot harder to get back into shape as quickly and easily as I used to! Lately I've been feeling pretty unhealthy and new health problems are beginning to happen that I never thought I'd have (high blood pressure for one). I just want to be strong again! Today starts the beginning of my way back to good health.....
